Return Policy

I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Moody Girls Club. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that I all of my products are printed and shipped by Printify. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to Printify.

Printify's return policy is as follows:

- If there is a defect in the product or an error in the order, Printify will replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund.

- If the customer simply wants to return the item for any other reason, Printify will accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Printify. Once Printify receives the returned item, they will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs).

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges for items purchased from Printify. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
